Craft Training Program Overview
Elkhorn is committed to having a thoroughly trained, experienced and skilled work force. Our foundation of safety, productivity and quality is built on continuously acquiring knowledge, skills, abilities and experience through education, training and study.

To encourage, invest in and convey confidence in each of our employee-owners, Elkhorn covers the cost of tuition, training materials, facilities and other resources. We also provide our trainees incentives, pay increases and promotions based on completion of training and good work habits.

"Our Craft Training Program is just one of the many ways we invest in our employee-owners. We see every position in our organization as a craft position with differing responsibilities. Our philosophy is simple: the more we invest in our employee-owners, the more loyal, reliable, and professional construction team we will be able to provide our customers."
