Without question, our employees are our greatest resource. There is a
declining pool of qualified craftspeople willing to work in this industry.
In order to provide our customers with the best possible service, Elkhorn
has to attract and maintain sufficient numbers of these skilled
individuals.
- Elkhorn is dedicated to providing a safe working environment and
provides its employees with a great deal of training as well as
incentive programs to reward accident free performance.

Elkhorn is 100% employee owned. Each and every employee has the
opportunity to participate and earn as both an employee and an

- Elkhorn has committed over six figures annually to provide a first
class medical, dental, life insurance, and vision care benefit to
its employees at an initial after tax cost for employee only coverage
of about $20 per week.
